Our Quality Commitment

To provide our customers with 100% new and original electronic components is our fundamental objective. Every inspection step is documented, traceable, and reviewable.

Our Quality Principles

Zero Counterfeit Tolerance

Ensuring 100% original components

Data-Driven Decisions

Every decision backed by data

Process Transparency

Clear, traceable processes

Long-Term Liability

Committed to long-term accountability

Step 01: Source Verification

Preventive Risk Screening (Before Purchase)

All suppliers are part of a pre-qualified and audited supply chain. However, procurement is never treated as a purely procedural task.

Before finalizing any purchase, experienced specialists perform a hands-on assessment of:

  • Component appearance and markings
  • Packaging integrity
  • Batch and lot consistency

This serves as the first layer of risk control.

Checklist:

  • Vendor tiering & qualification
  • Datasheet and specification matching
  • Visual traceability verification
  • Erasure and resurfacing analysis

Step 02: Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

Non-Destructive X-Ray Inspection

Our IQC process goes beyond visual inspection. Using X-ray imaging, we verify internal structure without compromising component usability.

Inspection Focus:

  • Die frame integrity
  • Wire bonding condition
  • Void and molding compound analysis
  • Lead frame corrosion or oxidation

Step 03: Independent Third-Party Testing

Certified Lab Verification

For high-value, high-risk, or obsolete components—or upon customer request—we partner with certified independent laboratories such as White Horse and CECC.

Advanced Testing Includes:

  • Decapsulation (De-cap) for die exposure
  • XRF material analysis for RoHS compliance
  • Electrical function and key parameter testing

Step 04: Pre-Shipment Verification

Customer-Aligned Release Process

We operate on a Verification First policy. Shipments are packed and released only after customer approval of photographic evidence.

Final Checklist:

  • Quantity and lot verification against invoice
  • ESD and MSL packaging compliance (JEDEC standards)
  • High-resolution photos of actual shipped components

Full Traceability System

From supplier selection to final shipment, every component batch is managed under a strict traceability system.

  • Each batch is recorded, inspected, and shipped separately
  • Inspection records and photos are available upon request
  • Ensures consistent quality, reduced risk, and reliable long-term supply
